I had a little trouble getting pulled into this volume, hentai I think because the focus was so much on Hachi. Many of my favorite characters, like Yasu and Ren, were given only a cursory look within the pages. Things were just starting to click again when the book came to an end, and it seems like a long time until January, when the next installment hits the store shelves.

Things are going on an even keel for Hachi, and she’s still mooning after Takumi, even though he only gives her the time of day when it’s convenient for him. She makes excuses for him and his behavior; he is a famous rock star, after all, and she’s just not worthy of his love. His lust she’ll settle for, and be miserable keeping their on again off again relationship a secret from all of her friends. Sneaking around, chasing after him, must have finally gotten old, because Hachi actually started to reassess the situation with Takumi, and realizes that she’s not happy. Nobu making puppy dog eyes at her, and the knowledge of his feelings for her might have helped her along, and given her the strength to end things with Takumi. Sort of.
